host an event.
Volunteers organize and host a variety of unique events each year to raise awareness and funds for Veterans Community Project. From tournaments, concerts, motorcycle rides, festivals, and donation drives, we are grateful for these grassroots efforts; they are part of our DNA.

General Considerations.
All third-party fundraising must be pre-approved by Veterans Community Project. Organizers should be actively engaged with VCP's mission, preferably as a trained volunteer or community partner. It is imperative that every event aligns with the values and mission of Veterans Community Project. We are unable to lend our name and logo to events that are inconsistent with our character, compete with an existing event, or propose an overly restrictive use of funds.

VCP Support.
Generally speaking, Veterans Community Project staff cannot provide support to plan and execute third-party events. A staff member and a tiny house may be available for your event, on a case-by-case basis. Expectations and details should be finalized at least 30 days before your event.

Advertising and Promotions.
Third-party events typically perform their own advertising and promotions. All materials must clearly indicate that the event is "for the benefit of Veterans Community Project," not hosted by the organization. The logo may not be modified in any way. VCP will determine on a case-by-case basis if the event will be advertised on our website, social media, or emails. Organizers may request promotional materials, donation cards, and a banner.
