You’ve enlisted in a mission to fix Veteran homelessness.
And not only that, you’re now contributing to a proven solution. Veterans Community Project is a nonprofit that pairs transitional tiny home housing with tailored case management services and a lifelong support system. This model has demonstrated a radically effective 85% success rate in transitioning Veterans from experiencing homelessness to achieving permanent housing. For more information, read our 2023 Impact Report.
